Our Tradition

There are holiday meals when tradition is the pattern and for us, the meal served for Break Fast is one of them. We are comfortable with serving practically the same traditional foods year after year. We look forward to breaking the fast with a tall glass of cold orange juice, assorted bagels, cream cheese, nova, egg salad, sliced tomatoes, kugel and steaming hot coffee. Maybe a few small sweets but that isn't always necessary.

Call us boring but who cares – our Break Fast menu is our comfort food, and we look forward to it after the beautiful, moving Neilah service.

We are sharing some of our kugel recipes – there is something here for everyone.

For those of our KosherEye Friends who fast, we wish you a meaningful and easy fast and, to everyone, a wonderful New Year.
